Dr. William Harvey III

Dentist

Dr. William Harvey III is passionate about dentistry and enjoys getting to know patients and treating them like family. Dr. Harvey studied at the Spear Institute, Garg Implant Institute, the Triangle Dental Institute for Oral Implantology, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the Nash Institute and many others. As the President of the North Carolina Dental Association’s Fifth District and a board member of several hospital and health department boards, he aspires to remain on the cutting edge of whole health, preventive care and strives not just to treat teeth, but patients as well. 

Each year Dr. Harvey participates in hundreds of hours of continuing education over the required limits and is trained in a wide variety of specialty procedures including root canals, Invisalign, implants, and oral appliance alternatives to C-PAP machines. Dr. Harvey recently became one of several practitioners in the state to be certified in a new pinhole gum rejuvenation technique that provides a much less invasive alternative to traditional gum grafting. He has performed thousands of CEREC restorations and is thrilled to offer crowns in about an hour to better fit patients’ busy schedules. Dr. Harvey strives to provide the very best and most up-to-date treatment available to fit his patients’ desires and budgets.

Dr. Marcie Kanosky

Dentist

Dr. Marcie Kanosky has a true passion for dentistry and providing quality patient care. She loves getting to know her patients personally and strives to make the dental office a positive and safe environment for them to receive care. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degrees at West Virginia University. Dr. Marcie then went on to graduate from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Following dental school, she was given the opportunity to further her education and complete a multi-disciplinary residency at East Carolina University’s Community Service Learning Center in Lillington, NC. The time she spent serving the rural communities surrounding Lillington provided her with advanced training in all dentistry specialties, including prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, advanced aesthetics, and implant dentistry.

At the completion of her residency, she found her dental home in Beaufort.

 Dr. Marcie regularly participates in comprehensive dentistry education courses to continuously expand her knowledge and skills in general dentistry. She feels that it is important to stay up-to-date with the evolving techniques and materials, and to provide the highest quality and research-based dental treatment for her patients.
